Distict 8 Aquatic Intensive Training
Trainer extraordinaire, Pete Dequincy, will be conducting a 4-hour Aquatic Intensive Training on land and in water. Pete is the Aquatics Manager at East Bay Regional Park District and oversees 180 Lifeguards at waterfronts and pools. He is an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer in Water Safety, Lifeguarding and Emergency Medical Response. His training style is very fast paced, high energy and effective. There will be time spent before and after with Head Lifeguards and Management staff to go over how to run an effective training and what they should be looking for when training their staff. If you have not had the “Pete Dequincy experience” this is a must attend training for you and your staff!
