  • Recreation University: Sophomore Year!

    Recreation University: Sophomore Year is here!!  Please join District 11 for another great year of professional development and networking opportunities for all levels of recreation staff. 

    “Preparing for the Future” will take place on Wednesday, September 6th and will have two separate tracks.  Track 1 will be geared towards coordinators and above and will focus on developing staff to be ready to take over in the event of an absence – can the players on the bench fill in when the star athlete gets put on the DL?  Track 2 is geared towards Rec Leaders, Specialists, and Coordinators looking to advance in the industry.  This session will focus on resume building, interview tips, and professionalism in the workplace – how to stand out against the competition!
