    Rick Anthony is the Director of Recreation & Parks for Anne Arundel County,  which is the county that has the state capital, Annapolis, in it.  He was tasked by the county board of supervisors to create greater access to waterways for underserved populations.  He will share the successes, difficulties and lessons learned from this experience.  All can join with the link.
