Description:
The Recreation Intensive is a recreation programmer’s favorite. This 4-hour intensive workshop will help you identify and develop professional strategies that will help you be successful today and tomorrow. Learn about current trends and how to incorporate them into your agency’s programs and activities.
Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate a variety of leadership strategies that the leader and follower use to create higher levels of motivation and performance
