Hello Aging Section Members,
It’s hard to believe but it is that time of year again; time to submit your nominations for the Aging Section Board of Directors. Nomination forms are due by end of day Monday November 28th for the following Section positions for the 2017-2018 Aging Section Board.
Vice President – 3-year term (Vice President to President to Past President)
Secretary – 2-year term
Region 1 Representative (Districts 1, 2 & 3) – 2-year term
Region 3 Representative (Districts 7, 8 & 15) – 2-year term
Region 4 Representative (Districts 11, 13 & 14) – 1-year term
Region 5 Representative (Districts 9, 10 & 12) – 2-year term
Attached is a description of all Aging Section Board of Director positions to give you an idea of what tasks you will need to achieve over you respective term. If you know others you would like to work with and would be great candidates for the other positions, please share this information with them. Keep in mind we’re looking for those with a passion for recreation, specifically Aging and Gerontology and the willingness to be a contributing member to the Board.
