We will continue to host our Thursday virtual meetings via zoom. Currently we are focusing on COVID-19, but we also talk about summer planning, sports, hiring, contract classes, part-time staff, etc. on our weekly calls.

- Make sure you are on mute!
- Click on the participant icon, select your name and update it with your full name and agency.
- Participate in the conversation by using the chat (typing in) box. Board members are monitoring the comments for questions and may ask you to speak on a topic.
- Using video? Ensure that you have a clean, work-appropriate background.
- Asked to speak with video on by a board member? Look into the camera when talking instead of looking at yourself.
- The zoom meeting will be recorded. Sound, video, and chat box will be saved and published.
