    Hello Rec Professionals,

     

    The CPRS Recreation Section is happy to present the 2nd edition of the Award Winning School of Rec Virtual Conference Scholarship!

    The CPRS Recreation Section recognizes the financial challenges facing many of our agencies and members. To help meet this challenge, the Recreation Section Board of Directors is pleased to announce the availability of 10 full-scholarships to the 2021 School of Rec. The criteria for the selection process include:

    • Current membership in CPRS & the Recreation Section.
    • History of participation in the Section, Region, or District level.
    • Willingness to be featured in our newsletter and social media as Scholarship Recipient, featuring your Recreation experience and work.
    • Completed applications must be received by 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 16, 2021.

    The School of Rec theme is Rec and Roll. This virtual conference has been developed for all Recreation professionals with a full range of sessions that have been developed to enrich and concentrate on the Rec Professional Experience. Rec and Roll with us. 



    • General daily schedule

                   Wednesday- Welcome and Introductions, Keynote, and Virtual Social 5:00 p.m. -7:30 p.m.

                   Thursday – Welcome, Full day of Sessions 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Virtual Social 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 

                   Friday – Board Welcome, Two Presentations, and Board Closing 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
