Hello Fellow District 10 Members~ 

We could use your assistance!  We are in need of a temporary solution for providing on-line registration of City events while we upgrade our permanent registration system.  The ability to receive payments is highly desirable, but not a must (of course, they would have to be PCI compliant, etc…).  A cloud solution would be acceptable for our current needs.  

If you have had success with a temporary and/or cloud-based registration system, we would love to hear from you!  We would also like to hear about issues, tips, and other information relevant to this type of system.

Hi Kristen,

Our City has not used this site but I have personally for registering for events and activities and find it simple, smooth, and efficient. When I pulled it up it immediately displayed events in my area which is an extra bonus.

We don’t use a temporary ticket/registration services, but I just purchased tickets from the site Peggy (City of San Clemente) mentioned and it was quite simple to use from the purchaser side.

Active, by Class, will do event registrations for single events and small organizations. You may want to contact them to see if they have a service that would fulfill your needs without having to sign up for a long term contract.
