We're currently reviewing our departments standards and cost recovery. Does anyone have a list of recreation profession standards they follow? For example what is the purpose of recreation and why is it a benefit to have in your community.Also, if your department has a cost recovery what is that percentage? For example, we have a general fund cost recovery of 70%. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
