The City of Monterey is considering changing Recreation registration software systems. We currently use Vermont Systems (VSI) RecTrac version 10.3. Any assistance with the following questions would be greatly appreciated
Which recreation registration program does your agency currently use?
How long have you been using this program?
What problems or limits have you identified in the software?
What are some of the benefits of your system that influenced you to maintain the contract with that software?
What modules do you use?
How responsive is their support?
Does the staff find the system easy to use? i.e. processing refunds or cancellations?
If you have on-line registration for activities, picnic sites, or passes, do customers find the system easy to use?
