Hello District 10,
My City is looking to create a policy regarding Diabetic needs for kids attending camps and after school programs. Does anyone have a policy/form that they use for kids who will be in the program and will need help with insulin shots? I have pulled a form from the American Diabetes Association. I am hoping to gather insight from other Cities! If you don't have a formal policy what is your general action plan?
