    Dear CPRS District 4 Colleague,

    I am reaching out to see if I can get the following information regarding your Activity Guide print production from our surrounding cities within District 4. Could you send this to the correct marketing contact and ask them to get back to me at mragsdale@sunnyvale.ca.gov? I am happy to share what I receive with everyone who responds.

    Here are my questions:

    1. What City are you from?
    2. Do you have a print brochure?
    3. Who do you mail your print brochure? If all residents, do you do this every brochure cycle? If different, please describe what you do and if that is the same for each cycle? e.g. Active users who have signed up for classes in the past?
    4. How often do you produce your brochure each year?
    5. How many pages is your brochure? Does it change with each cycle?
    6. Do you have a separate Camp/Aquatic brochure?
    7. Do you print in 4-color, 2-color or a combination?
    8. What is the paper quality that you use to print? Please separate cover and book if different. 
    9. Do you print different quantifies each cycle or is it always the same?
    10. What printer do you currently use? What are the pros and cons of each printer that you have used in the last few years?
    11. When you go out for bid, do you do a multi-year or a single year?
