We have a separate group in Pleasant Hill, the non-profit 4th of July Commission, that puts on all the 4th activities - a fun run, parade, park family day and a fireworks show. I just checked their website to see if they've made any decisions. This is part of what they have posted:
We don’t know which health guidelines will be in effect come July 4, but we do know that holding our usual events isn’t in the best interest of the community’s safety. The spirit of the Fourth of July cannot be cancelled, but the commission has decided to modify the day’s activities by avoiding all large gatherings. We are exploring alternate ideas and we’d love to hear your suggestions!
I take their statement about avoiding large gatherings to mean that they won't be hosting their traditional fireworks show.
