    Hello,

We are in the process of renovating two soccer fields from grass to artificial turf and adding a skate park next to it. We are proposing a water fountain situated between the two. However, I'm requesting it to be a fountain/filling station. Do you have one? Have you installed water bottle filling stations near a skate park or your soccer fields?

I'd like some feedback on how they are working out. Are they being vandalized or are they a welcome addition to your park space.

    Sincerely,

    Hi Bryan-

We have the proposed type of unit installed at our Water Park. We have had great success with them and have had no serviceability or vandalism issues. They are installed within the fenced areas of the facility so they are more protected than they would be if they were in a park setting so that likely helps us. Shoot me an email and I will send you the specifications for the unit we picked.

Thank you for your reply Justin. Ours would not be within a fence.

    Bryan,

We put in a drinking fountain/bottle filler & pet bowl (Product: MDF Model 10145 SM) adjacent our synthetic turf cricket/soccer fields at Central Park. This went in around 3 years ago and as far as I know, we have had no issues. We located the fountain outside the sports field fencing to allow access from adjacent picnic and playground areas. Since we're right down the street from you, you may want to take a look for yourself. Let me know if you want additional info about the project.

    Hi Rico,

Thank you for your reply. I think we will come take a look. If yours are fine after 3 years that is good information to pass along.

    Hi Bryan,
We have one of the bottle fillers in our community center and it is very popular and has worked very well.
We are preparing to add another one near our synthetic turf playfields at Wilder Park. We anticipate similar success but I can keep you posted.
