District 7 is excited to host the 2023 Central Valley Workshop, Parks Rodeo & Expo on November 3rd, an event dedicated to the "Growing of the Profession" throughout the district. We seek passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join us as workshop session presenters for this dynamic event.

- Empowerment of Staff: Provide professional development opportunities for parks and recreation staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities in managing and maintaining parks and recreational facilities.
- Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI): Share ways to make parks and recreational spaces, programs, and services more inclusive and accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
- Innovative Recreational Programming Ideas: Share innovative programming concepts and successful initiatives that have enriched the recreational experiences of your community.
- Youth Engagement Programming: Present programs and activities that actively engage young people in parks and recreation

- We welcome other session topics related to the profession.
