The full-time Aquatics Coordinator, under the supervision of the Senior Recreation Supervisor, performs a variety of functions related to the safe use and enjoyment of the Silliman Center Aquatics programs and activities.
This position is in charge of implementing, supervising and directing various aquatic programs; monitors the day-to-day
operations of specific programs; ensures the safety of patrons and recreation activity participants; assists in the planning, scheduling, and allocation of work assignment of Lifeguards and Swim Instructors; and performs other related work as required.
