    Hi D2,

I am new to my role of overseeing a Community Center that primarily serves active adults and seniors. My center currently has 15+ club/hobby groups that meet once a week, twice a week, monthly, and/or quarterly for different time durations.

The current set-up is everyone who would like to participate in any club offered pays a one-time $25 yearly membership no matter how many clubs they attend in a week, month, or year. The club has no monetary obligation to the center for its usage or an agreement in writing stating what they are responsible for or what we are responsible for providing.

I would love to connect with anyone who oversees user groups like this to get an understanding of the agreements you have, any fees you charge, what each party is responsible for or receives, etc.

I appreciate any resources or ideas you can share as I navigate this new process.

    Hi D2 members,

I am reaching out to see if any of you who will be attending the Conference in Palm Springs would like to meet up and chat about hobby/club groups. Any information we can chat about in person will help me on this continued project! :)

Feel free to shoot me an email if you would be interested in meeting up!

    Hey Chelsey!

Unfortunately we can no longer make it to the conference this year due to scheduling conflicts. I hope the project goes well and I look forward to being at the next conference!

    Cheers,

    Patrick
