    Hello!

    The City of Huntington Beach is seeking information on two items:

    1. Has your agency ceased paper posting of agendas and moved to a digital format for Brown Act posting requirements?  If yes, can you please share how you have accomplished this, including if you needed to procure any new software?
    2. How does your agency push out information to staff internally and to the public through digital media mediums?  This is not social media driven, this is digital displays in your public buildings and public right of ways.

    Hi Ashley - 

    The city of San Dimas is very small and we only post paper agendas. We do not have any digital displays.
