I hope all is well.
The City of Maywood currently uses USPS to mail out our quarterly newsletter. We're exploring the possibility of adding or transitioning to an email blast system as a more efficient and cost-effective way to communicate with our residents since USPS is not actually delivering to all household as promised.
I wanted to reach out and see if any of your cities are currently using email marketing platforms or digital newsletter systems. If so, I'd really appreciate any recommendations, best practices especially platforms that have worked well for you.
This information will help me put together a recommendation to present to our City Manager and City Council.
