    The City of El Monte is seeking to update its Facility Rental Policy and Athletic Field Allocation Policy. Any assistance in identifying best practices, sample policies, fee structures, application processes, insurance requirements, and allocation criteria used by comparable municipalities would be greatly appreciated.
