Hi All

Could you please let me know how you determine your non-resident fees?  Is it a percentage more than the resident fee?  Or do you create a fee and then have a reduced percentage rate for residents?

Hi,

For us, we have a Board-adopted policy that provides District residents with a 10% discount on facility rentals and programs.

We basically establish the regular fee and then take 10% off for residents. So, for example, if our regular rental rate is $200, the resident rate would be $180.

There are a few exceptions to the discount in our policy, but that's generally how we structure our resident/non-resident pricing.
