Are you looking for a manual for a specific program? The City of Concord provides part-time staff with two manuals. One detailing City-wide policies & procedures including timecards, payroll, uniforms, etc. and usually is reviewed by HR, Finance, and City Attorneys. The second manual is job specific (Aquatics, Summer Day Camps, Front Desk, etc.) I can send over the Aquatics and overall Part-Time Staff manual if it's helpful!
