Our team is beginning an assessment of part-time staff scheduling platforms and is considering a move away from When To Work. As part of this process, we would greatly value input from other Parks and Recreation professionals who manage multiple part-time and/or seasonal staffing schedules. We manage typical Parks & Rec staffing areas including front desk, after school, summer camp, aquatic, league, and building attendant staff across several city facilities.
