Wanted to see if you can share some information regarding if your agency is planning a 4th of July event. If there is someone within your agency that you think I should connect with please let me know too!
- Can you describe the scope and size of the event?
- Day time or evening?
- Crowd size
- fireworks/drone show?
- food/entertainment/family activities/carnival?
- Staffing plan?
- Do you contract out or utilize City staff - or do you do a combination of both?
- What are the total costs to produce the your event?
- Who is responsible for execution of the event? If you have it, can you share a breakdown of the different dept. responsibilities (police, fire, building, crowd managers, parks & rec etc.).
