Our team is considering organizing a writing, speech, or poetry contest as part of an upcoming community event, and we'd love to hear from agencies that have hosted something similar.
If your organization has run a contest like this, I'd appreciate any insights you can share, including:
- How you structured the contest (submission process, judging criteria, categories, etc.)
- Any challenges or lessons learned
- What worked well and what you might do differently next time
- Any policies or guidelines you found particularly useful
