    Hello D3!

    CPRS D3's Youth & Teen Recreation Services group is looking to compile the following:

    1. Copies of Accident/Incident reporting forms (blank please)
    2. Dress/Apparel Policies & Codes for Permanent and Hourly Staff
    3. Policies for Volunteers (Counselors in Training/Junior Recreation Leaders/Unpaid Interns)
    4. Policies for Paid Interns
    5. Recruitment/Job Descriptions and recruitment links for Recreation Leaders, Senior Leaders (RL2) or Camp Directors.

    Please send over my way or to ytrsd3@gmail.com so that we can compile the documents.
