    Our March Board meeting will be held virtually this Wednesday (3/8).  Please note the updated meeting time of 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. as requested. I encourage those who are able, to join us as we engage in various discussions for the upcoming 2023-2024 year.

    Hello All!  This Wednesday (2/8) marks the final meeting of the 2022-2023 CPRS term. We are convening in person at 10:00am at the Burlingame Community Center at 850 Burlingame Avenue.  It’s been a remarkable year in District 4 and we will be celebrating all our accomplishments before we pass the torch to the incoming Board.   We hope to see you there! 

  • CPRS D4 Awards & Volunteer Recognition Dinner - May 11th

    The California Park and Recreation Society (CPRS) District 4 Annual Awards and Volunteer Recognition Dinner will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at the new Burlingame Community Center. On this special evening, CPRS will honor outstanding individuals for their professional and volunteer contributions to the fields of parks, recreation and human services.

    Award Application - All award applications are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 21st. For information regarding the awards application, please visit https://forms.gle/PBH19wtAHbhs1BkLA

    Dinner is $46 per person and is separate from award application fee process.     All reservations are due by 5 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2023. Payment is due upon receiving invoice via email. To RSVP, visit https://forms.gle/33cQdyidF5FhVgEw6

    Hello all... the news you've been waiting for is finally here!  Our June Board meeting will officially be back in person! We will meet on June 8th at 10:00am at San Carlos City Hall (600 Elm street, 2nd floor in the Enterprise Conference room).   I encourage those who are able, to join us in person...there may even be a surprise for those that do!  ;)  We also recognize that it's a busy time of  year for our colleagues so in light of this, we will have a hybrid component that will allow members to participate via Zoom.  The access information for Zoom is provided below:
