Applications are reviewed by the CPRS District 10 Membership Outreach Coordinator and members of the Executive Board or designated subcommittee. If applicable, applicant may need to provide evidence that said requested expenses are unable to be paid for by their agency. Award decisions will be based on demonstrated need and available funds.
