This session focused on camp related issues from camper’s fighting to negative interactions with parents and how to deal with them. Kendall surveyed districts’ staff that were attending on different issues that they’ve faced to develop skits that attendees were randomly selected and had to act out. Following each skit, Kendall led a quick roundtable debrief to discuss the good, bad, & ugly about each scenario.
