As you know, each year the Development and Operations Section provides scholarships for full and partial funding to attend the Maintenance Management School that is held each November at the UCLA Conference Center in Lake Arrowhead, California. This year the school will be held November 13-17. You can find out more about the Maintenance Management School by clicking on this link.
MMS is the premier park management training opportunity in the western United States. The school features First Year, Second Year and Graduate programs and the opportunity to network with top park management professionals from the city, county, special district and state agencies in the western and southwestern United States. The subject matter is taught by park professionals, consultants, vendors and public officials who are leaders in our industry.
This year's applications are due no later than 5:00 PM, Wednesday October 4, 2017. All applicants will be notified of the selection of this year’s recipient(s) by Friday, October 13, 2017.
