    Dear CPRS Colleagues,

    We would like to invite you and the members of your professional organizations to participate in an online survey, Interprofessional Collaboration: A Needs Assessment.

    This survey is being conducted by the College of Health and Human Services at California State University, Fresno to explore the scope of interprofessional collaborative practice within the community, and identify any gaps that may prevent individuals and organizations from accomplishing their interprofessional practice goals.

    To participate, you must be employed in a profession that involves collaboration. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, and participation is voluntary.  Please feel free to share the links with members of your professional organizations and colleagues.
