Registration is now open! 

Conference registration is being accepted through February 25, 2027. After this date, all registration will need to be processed onsite.

The conference will be held Tuesday, March 2 – Friday, March 5, 2027, at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center  in Sacramento. Full registration includes all regular conference educational sessions from Wednesday morning through the closing keynote speaker on Friday midday. It does not include pre-conference events, such as Section Intensives on Tuesday. Full registration also covers the Wednesday–Friday program and includes the Wednesday night Welcome Reception sponsored by Playcore.

New for 2027: CEU's are included in the price of registration and for qualifying intensives. A separate purchase is not required.

Transfers:
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until January 20, 2027. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. A $50 administrative fee for a transfer will be charged when a request is received after January 20th. 

Refund Requests:
Refund requests received in the CPRS office no later than January 20th will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Refund requests received between January 21st and February 10th will be assessed 50% of the registration fee paid. No refunds will be granted after February 10th. 

Accommodation Requests: 
For requests and questions concerning accessibility, please email our office here. Accommodations such as interpreters cannot be guaranteed without at least 30 days notice. To help ensure availability, requests must be received by January 20th.

Food Allergies & Preferences:
While we do our best to be aware of food allergies and preferences, we may not be able to meet all requests at receptions and in the exhibit hall due to the large number of attendees. Guests with specific dietary needs may need to provide their own meals. Please contact our office with questions about provided meals.
