Jenni Worsham

Let the Journey Begin!

Hello CPRS! As I begin the year, I want you to know how very honored and excited I am to be serving as your President. I would never have predicted that I would be here and I definitely didn’t do it alone. Just like you, my journey has been shaped by mentors who encouraged me, co-workers who became friends, and teams who taught me how to lead and follow…I am so grateful for every person and opportunity. Along the way, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about showing up, saying “yes”, trusting in yourself, being willing to grow, and helping others find their place and their path too.

This year is about growth, and this marks the start of our CPRS Journey together. Some are just starting their careers, some are stepping into leadership, and some are helping guide the next generation. Although each of our journeys will look a little different, the goal of growing and reaching new horizons is the same. It’s about the people we meet, boundaries we push – both in ourselves and our communities, the personal and professional trips we take, places we visit for work and play, and awesome things we do. No matter where you are on your path, you belong here and you’re part of something bigger!
