These roles offer a great opportunity to be part of a growing aquatics program at a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, working alongside a passionate, community-focused team. Both roles play a key part in delivering high-quality, inclusive programs that serve our community year-round.
Recreation Coordinator (Aquatics)
This role focuses on supporting and overseeing day-to-day aquatics programming, including:
- Lap swim, recreation swim, and swim lessons
- Aquatics events and seasonal programming
- Supervising and supporting part-time staff
- Assisting with program planning, scheduling, and operations
- Planning and implementing city-wide special events
Senior Recreation Coordinator (Aquatics)
This position provides leadership for the aquatics program and team, including:
- Supervising full-time and part-time staff
- Overseeing daily operations and facility use
- Managing schedules, partnerships, and program delivery
- Leading trainings, communications, and program development
- Planning and implementing city-wide special events
