This scramble-format tournament offers a fun afternoon of golf, networking, and support for professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults throughout California. Register individually, with a partner, or as a foursome. Not golfing? Join colleagues at the post-tournament social!

- Twosome: $250
- Foursome: $500
- Social only: $25
