Hi all,
I am wondering if any cities that provide field trips for adults and older adults have had any issues in reaching your minimum participation numbers and having to cancel the trip? Because charter busses are expensive and it's not feasible to take less than 20 participants, we often have to cancel trips. We no longer drive participants in our city vehicles due to liability risks. I would love to hear about transportation alternatives, affordable bus companies, or if any cities have collaborated with other cities and shared a bus for a field trip?
