Who should attend FSCP Part1?
All who are curious, but particularly those who have input or influence over setting program prices, establishing financial policies, and determining department or agency budgeting are encouraged to attend. There is value in multiple team members attending together. FSCP Part 1 attendees often include roles / titles like:
- Analyst
- Supervisor
- Manager / Superintendent
- Director
- Coordinators

We are also excited to host the first installation of the new Financial Sustainability Implementation Workshop developed specifically for alumni of FSCP Part 1 and/or 2. Join us for this low-cost, two-day experience in Napa, CA, taking place October 26-27, 2026, developed specifically for alumni of FSCP Parts 1 and 2.
The Financial Sustainability Certificate Program (FSCP) was designed to help professionals think differently about fiscal stewardship, service delivery, and organizational responsibility. Many professionals leave the FSCP energized and motivated, only to encounter competing priorities, organizational resistance, limited capacity, political realities, or uncertainty about where to begin. Others make progress in some areas while struggling to sustain momentum in others. Does this sound familiar?
The FSCP Implementation Workshop was created for that reality. This workshop is designed specifically for FSCP alumni working to apply the principles, tools, and frameworks introduced in Part 1 and 2 within organizations facing real constraints. Rather than introducing entirely new concepts, the workshop focuses on application, implementation, troubleshooting, peer learning and practical next steps.
CPRS members may register for $99 and non-members for $199. Registration includes learning materials and experiences, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, and 1.1 CEU pre-approved for CPRP/E.

Led by Jamie Sabbach of 110% and Katrina Gregory of the City of Napa, this workshop will offer a space for honest discussion and help attendees identify practical pathways forward. Participants will:
- Reflect on what has happened since attending the FSCP
- Identify implementation blockers and leverage points
- Revisit and apply the FSCP tools in practical ways
- Work through real organizational challenges with peers
- Learn strategies for building momentum and getting unstuck
- Develop realistic next steps grounded in their organization’s reality
- Strengthen connections within the growing FSCP alumni network
