My name is Jakub Kusmieruk, and I serve as a Recreation Supervisor for the Town of Yucca Valley. As we prepare for the opening of our brand-new Aquatic and Recreation Center next summer, we are reviewing and updating our contract instructor forms, agreements, onboarding materials, and program brochures.
We currently operate on a 70/30 revenue split for contract classes and are working to streamline and professionalize our instructor onboarding and management processes to match the scale of our upcoming facility.
