Hello CPRS District 4 Members,
We are beginning to plan the 2026 CPRS District 4 Awards & Volunteer Recognition event and are reaching out to see if any agencies have a multi-use room or hall available that could serve as the host location.
We are looking for a space that can accommodate up to 200 seated guests and includes access to a kitchen. The tentative event date is Thursday, May 7th, 2026, with a tentative use of the space from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
If your agency has available space and is interested in hosting next year's event, we would love to hear from you.
