    Hi all,

    My IT dept is looking to talk to another City who is still on the on-prem solution for RecTrac. 

    We experienced two different bot attacks. One attack has been stopped, however the second one has made us not be able to have ANY type of online registration page live. We are currently one update behind (per our policy) - RecTrac has told us that this latest update will address this latest attack. But, my IT dept wants to talk to someone at another City about their experience on the latest update.

    For the City of Los Altos, we use CIVICRec. Before that we did use RecTrac.
