Hello! I am Theresa Johnson, Community Services Director in the City of Kerman. I have worked in the profession for 22 years and received my degree in Recreation Administration from Fresno State. Kerman is my hometown and I enjoy being part of the growth and development of the City.
Fun Fact: I am a lifelong band geek, I played the clarinet from 5th grade through high school and was the Assistant Drum Major my Senior year. I always watch the Bulldog Marching Band field show during halftime and enjoy a good parade.

Hello, All. I'm Brandon Taylor; I am an Associate Professor at Fresno State in the Department of Recreation Administration. Prior to joining academia, I worked in the field for more than 20 years, several years as a part-timer in the Bay Area, and 15 years full-time in three municipalities in Fresno County.
Fun Fact: I competed in track and field (the jumps) at Fresno State, and after 20 years of not competing, I'm literally jumping back into it this summer. I plan to compete in some masters (age group) meets this summer, finishing in Sac. at the Master National Champs. My goal this first year back is not to embarrass myself, LOL. Also, I make some fantastic BBQ sauce!
I hope you all have a great summer!
Brandon

Hello D7!
I'm so enjoying getting to know so many of you through these intros!!
I'm Stef (with an 'F'), your CPRS Executive Director. Did you know that I too, came from a parks and recreation background? I worked in several senior centers throughout Colorado in my early career! I then spent a couple of years as a caterer and event planner, before landing at the Colorado Park & Recreation Association and now here with you amazing humans. I'm one fortunate woman!
Fun Fact... one of my very first duties as CPRS Executive Director was to throw out a ceremonial first pitch at Dodger Stadium! Note that I have ZERO athletic ability. Thanks to a lot of practice and a very patient 'coach' in Jill Nunes, I successfully didn't embarrass myself nor CPRS that day. It wasn't a long toss and may have bounced once, but it was nice and straight. Yes, there is a video but it may cost you to see it (wink, wink).
Stef hugs to you!
