District 13 is comprised of 37 agencies in Los Angeles County and Region 4 of the California Park & Recreation Society. District 13 board members represent the cities of Baldwin Park, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Duarte, Glendora, La Puente, La Verne, San Gabriel, and Santa Fe Springs. Annual events include Recreation Leader Training, General Membership meetings, Holiday Cheer, City Manager/School Superintendent Day, Region 4 mini-conference and annual Awards & Installation banquet.
