The Future of Parks and Recreation
Let’s think about the Park and Recreation industry differently this year. Parks and recreation experiences shape who you are for the rest of your life and how you identify with your community. Are we telling our prospective, part-time, or full-time team members about just how vital their impact is? How do we communicate the fulfilling career opportunities and earning potential to those not yet in the profession? Is “parks and recreation” effective vocabulary to describe the profession anymore? Join us for the final segment of the West Coast Webinar series to tackle these big questions and others about the future of parks and recreation.
Speaker: Cindy Bagley, Director of Community Services, City of Rohnert Park; Vice President, California Park & Recreation Society
