Join members of the CPRS JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) Counsel for an engaging discussion with fellow park & recreation professionals across the state working to make sure that J.E.D.I. is a part of their agency's DNA through policy implementation.
We’ll begin with a mini presentation of sorts from counsel members offering examples of organizational policies and insights into their experience crafting and/or implementing said policies. Following, we'll turn to the attendees for true roundtable discussion. Come to learn, listen, and get suggestions if not answers for those questions that can be tough to ask.
