Have six or more people in your agency attending?  

First five fully-paid conference attendees:  regular registration fee of $445 (or $515 after January 20, 2017)
Sixth full conference attendee:  FREE!

The fine print:  

  • Members of the group can be professionals or commissioners/board members, but they must be affiliated with the same agency
  • To qualify for the group rate, all registrations must be mailed or faxed together with full payment
  • A separate registration form must be completed for each attendee

Can’t Attend? - Transfer Your Registation

Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until January 20, 2017. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. A $50 administrative fee will be charged when a request is received after January 20, 2017.



To Request a Refund

A refund request must be received in the CPRS office no later than January 20, 2017. A $50 fee will be assessed on all conference registration refunds received by January 20, 2017. Refund requests received between January 21 and February 10, 2017, will be assessed 50% of the registration fee paid. Your conference badge and tickets must be returned with your written refund request. No refunds will be granted after February 10, 2017.

Wear Your Badge

Your conference badge serves as your admission to the Expo, Wednesday general session and all Wednesday-Friday educational sessions. It may be required for other conference events. If you lose your badge, you can replace it in the Registration Area with appropriate identification and a $20 replacement fee. Please note: meal tickets cannot be replaced.
