For over 13 years, Frank has served on various CPRS boards, including his most recent role as State Board President. Throughout the length of this leadership position, he contributed program initiatives, countless speaker sessions, and advocated for this Parks & Recreation profession. Frank has taught and inspired thousands of professionals and is highly respected throughout the nation as one of the key leaders in the field of Parks and Recreation. A strong leader, mentor, and volunteer, Frank has demonstrated that he is truly a CPRS Champion deserving of this honor.
