Kyla Brown is a Certified Park and Recreation Executive (CPRE) and has been working in public service for over 28 years. As the General Manager/Parks Director, Kyla has a wide range of experience in land management, planning, park operations, campground management, community center, water park, and sports park operations, special events, contract classes, marketing and public communications, and customer service. Kyla offers a variety of training and lectures focused on the many aspects of park operations and recreation management.
